Our philosophy…
–
There are many good wines in the world – far too many to put on a list as small as ours. However, since the beginning, travelling around the country to see our cheesemakers, dairies, fishing communities and farmers, we always managed to find time to pop into a vineyard or two.
By doing this we have come to realise that English wine is the perfect accompaniment to our seafood, and that it is now home to some exceptional winemakers, making both traditional and low-intervention wines,
So we decided quite quickly that English wine would become central to both Angela’s and Dory’s. And that it should be accompanied by coastal influenced organic, biodynamic and low-intervention wines from Europe, wines that respect both the soil and the grape.
