Dory’s menu

Much in the same way as Angela’s, the menu at Dory’s depends on the daily catch and the vegetables we can get from the many small farms we work with. It is smaller plates that are best shared (or not!), with many raw, cured and pickled seafood and vegetables. Here is a sample of what we do (it changes everyday)…

SMALLER PLATES

Smoked prawns, aioli. 10

Cured trout. 11

Marinated sardines. 11

Crab tart. 11

Soused paprika mussels. 12

Raw bream, brown butter, apple. 13

Hispi, goats curd, almonds. 10

LARGER PLATES (hot)

Smoked haddock chowder. 14

Cod, celeriac, kale. 20

Chickpeas, squash, fermented chilli. 14

SIDES:

Pink fir potato salad (vg). 5

Sourdough + butter (v). 5

Green Salad (vg). 4

DESSERTS:

Apple pie and ice cream. 10

Pear cake, caramel, creme fraiche. 9
